This soy glaze is tangy and sweet, offering the perfect amount of flavor to compliment salmon. Watch out, it will quickly become your favorite salmon recipe.
1-2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, finely diced (optional)
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Add a few tablespoons of oil to a medium sized non stick pan over high heat. Once the pan is hot, sear the salmon for approximately two minutes on each side. Turn the heat down to medium and pour the sauce over the fish allowing it to simmer for a few more minutes. The fish will be ready when the sauce has thickened from the sugar. Serve and enjoy!
