Arin Ray Keeps It Real In His New Video “Hope it Don’t Kill Me” Ft. Boogie

LA based singer/songwriter Arin Ray’s new video for “Hope It Don’t Kill Me” will leave you in a smoked-out haze with steady verses and pulsating production by Chicago’s Nez & Rio. Channeling his innermost thoughts, Ray sings from the soul, touching on love, relationships and the fear of losing himself to his music endeavors. The young creative was first spotted on the second season of The X-Factor as a top ten finalist and crowd favorite before leaving the show to kick start his music career.

Set in sunny California, Ray cruises down a winding coast with the object of his affection, while also exchanging polished bars alongside LA rapper, Boogie. “Hope It Don’t Kill Me” is one of six catchy tracks off his debut EP Phases, which dropped earlier this July. Peep the video below and be sure to check out the rest of Ray’s project.
